With over 20 years of experience in plant design, mechanical engineering, and product development, B. John is the Founder and Director of CEMOXE Technologies, where he leads the company’s Plant Design and Product Engineering services.

A Mechanical Engineer by profession, John brings extensive multidisciplinary engineering experience across a wide range of industrial sectors, including Hydropower, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Fertilizers & Chemicals, Material Handling, Pharmaceuticals, Water Treatment, Power Generation, and Infrastructure.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in complex engineering projects spanning concept development, FEED, detailed engineering, equipment design, product development, pipeline engineering, and fabrication support. His strong understanding of industrial project requirements enables him to translate complex engineering challenges into practical, safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

At CEMOXE, his vision is to bring together engineering expertise, advanced design technologies, industry best practices, and a collaborative approach to create solutions that deliver measurable value to clients. Under his leadership, CEMOXE supports EPC, EPCM, OEM, and Owner-Operator organizations across the complete engineering lifecycle—from greenfield developments to brownfield modifications.
